Contacts do not list (email) (fax) ect

Outlook 2002 the Contacts pulldown list just lists names
and companys, not (e-mail 1) (e-mail 2) (busness fax) and
so on.
How can I turn that on so I dont have 3 John Doe at so and
so company and when I click one to email him I get his fax
number.
Please help,

You can't. In Outlook 2002 you have to use the horizontal scroll bar to see
which address is which.
