Contacts don’t display and I can’t find them

I have a trail version of OL BCM. I currently use ACT 6.

I was transferring data from ACT6 to BCM and got duplicates, almost 1400
total.

I did not want to spend time going through 1400 records so I decided to
delete the contacts and reload them from ACT so I high-lighted the contacts
and pressed delete. They disappeared or at least I thought they did.

When I click BCM on the menu it says “NO items to show in this view†but I
still get my to-dos from the ACT records in BCM.
When I recopied the ACT records to BCM it says file already exist, I copied
over the current file but my contacts still don’t display, only a few to-dos.

P.S. as noted I have clicked BCM in the menu and on the lower left of BCM
display & I still get “NO items to show in this viewâ€.

How do I start over and/or show my records.

Thanks
SJ

I suspect the Contacts you deleted are still "there" in the Deleted
Items folder. Deleing them in that folder will really delete them.
