i'm running OL2000 at work and at home. i update and
export my contacts at work and import them at home in
order to maintain the same updates entered at work. after
i import contacts at home, duplicates are created in only
one category of contacts. i was sure to check "replace
duplicates with items imported" and not to allow
duplicates to be created yet they were created anyway.
how can i ensure duplicates are not created. could it be
the address book configuration, because when i compose an
email and click the "To:" button, some of the contacts do
not appear on the list... i have to click "Find" to have
them inserted as the email recipient. any help would be
greatly appreciated. TY
