contacts emailed to me do not come through

Here is an issue I haven't seen. I have Windows XP and
Outlook 2000. Someone emailed me 4 contacts and all I
receive is an "envelope" like a forwarded email but no
contact comes through.

Ask the sender to resend the contacts using the Forward as vCard command.
