Contacts, Error Outlook has encountered a problem and must close

Hi - PLEAsE HELP ME

When I attempt to open my contacts in outlook 2003, I get the following
error message. Ihave also copied in the data from what it said was contained
in the error report sent to microsoft ( from which i got no resolution)

Microsoft Office Outlook has encountered a problem and needs to close. We
are sorry for the inconvenience.

ERROR CONTAINS:
