contacts : export to excel and import again - "file as' is changin

setup of my contacts :
first name : X
last name : Y
company : Z

the 'file as' = Z Y X
when exporting these contacts to excel, change some mass data, and import
afterwards again in 'contacts', the 'file as' = Y X (the Z is missing).
in the excel dump, this field is not displayed...
Any idea how i can import from excel and keep my 'file as' settings (company
last name first name) ?

You can't. Those settings aren't applied when you import Contacts.
