contacts export to Sharp wizard organizer

I recently purchased a Sharp 0z-590A Wizard Organizer that synchronizes with
microsoft outlook. It has worked so far but here is the problem. When I
synchronize it with outlooks contacts it only pulls from my contacts list.
We have a network in the office with two other contact lists of clients that
everyone shares. How do I export the two other contact lists to the
organizer? I am running Micrsoft Outlook 2003.
