Contacts Folder not accessible?

Hi,

I have Microsoft Office XP Professional with Service Pack 3.

I'm getting a strange Error when I try and use the exchange mailbox.

I can see the contacts in my contact list on the outlook bar.

When I create a message and try and click on the "To" to address my "Contact
List" I get the following error.

Microsoft Outlook.

!. The address list cannot be displayed. The contact list associated with
this address list could not be opened; it may have been moved or deleted, or
u do not have permissions.

I have recreated the Exchange Mailbox several times to try and correct the
error.

Any ideas?
