Contacts from Outlook Express on Mac to Outlook on PC?

Hi,

It feels so close! Im attempting to transfer contacts
from Outlook Express 5.02 on Mac to Outlook on my new PC.

When exporting contacts from Mac there is no file
extension or options. When I try to import this file
zero transfer.

Please help if you can.
