Contacts from Windows to Apple

Hi...
I would like to know if there is a way of exporting my
contacts from Outlook (Office 2003 version) into an Apple
computer.... and how would I go about it...
Are there programs that support this on Apple... I am not
familiar with Apple at all...

There's a product called "Outlook2Mac" from the company Little Machines
(more details at http://www.littlemachines.com/) which works fine and isn't
too expensive. Of course, it does a bit more that just transfer your
contacts but there you go.

I used it and can recommend it because it worked just fine.
