I have Outlook 2003 running on XP service pack 3. Sometimes when scrolling
through contacts using the right arrow key to get to a specific name, it
seems to "hang" with the "scroll bar" at the bottom of the screen
flickering/blinking very fast. The only way out is to use task manager to
force outlook to close. After restarting Outlook, if I choose a section of
the alphabet past the place where the hang occurred, I can navigate backwards
using the left arrow key and it works fine. I've tried "repairing" and it
hasn't fixed it. I have 6 different contact sub-folders and it happens in at
least two of them, and seems to be most often in the F-G section of the
alphabet.
Any ideas on a solution would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance for
your help!
