Contacts have disappeared after upgrading from Outlook 2003 to 200

I upgraded my outlook from 2003 to 2007 yesterday. All my mail messages were
upgraded without any issues but my contacts have disappeared. My calendar is
also displaying the incorrect date. Please help I have no way of retrieving
the information and all my business contacts were there.

Hi Laura,

do you mean that you do not see any contacts if you click on the "contact"
folder or you do not see any contacts if you click on the "To" field if you
create a new email?

If you do not see any contacts if you click on the "To" field, have a look

My contacts on the contact tab have disappeared.
