Please help me with the following questions;
1. I can import individual contacts from Outlook into BCM but not
Distribution Lists- is that correct?
2. Distribution lists are not permitted with in BCM? if they are please tell
me how?
(for example if I wanted to just send "Nashville" contacts a marketing
campaign how do I just select them from all other contacts?)
3. Additions in either BCM or Outlook do not replicate or sync up. Each has
to be entered seperately - is that right? Or is there a way to add a new
contact in Outlook then have it automatically imported into BCM? surely there
has to be a way to avoid retyping new contacts into BCM everytime?
Thank you very much
