Contacts in DL not displaying correctly

Hi
Using Exchange Server 2003 SP1 with Outlook 2000 and Outlook 2003 Clients.
We use shared contacts in a Public Folder.
If a User creates a Distribution list in the Contacts with Outlook 2000 or
Outlook 2003 SP1 adds an entry, and then views it with Outlook 2000, the
email address details is displayed correctly. If then a user uses Outlook
2003 to view the same it displays correctly, but when a user views this in
Outlook 2000 the second time the details are displayed incorrectly with only
a single character displayed.
Anyone seen this? Fix available.?
