Contacts in Outlook 2003 ?

Hello,

We have a user that has an issue with Contacts in Outlook 2003. She
begins a new message and clicks on the "To:" button and then scrolls in
the window for her contacts. When she clicks on "Contacts", nothing
displays. However, she is able to see and access her contacts on the
Folder List in the main Outlook screen and can add, delete, change
contacts there, etc. She can also right-click on a contact and click on
"New Message To Contact". But she is unable to access Contacts as she
would the Global Address List.

Any ideas on what might be happening ? Thanks in advance for any help -

Try removing the Outlook Address Book from her mail profile and then adding it back.

Sounds like she may have moved her .pst and Outlook is trying to use the
original. Try going to Control Panel -> Mail -> Email Accounts -> View or
change existing directories or address books -> Select Outlook address book
and remove it -> Then click the Add button -> Select Additional Address
Books radio button and click next -> Select Outlook Address Book ->
Acknowledge stop / start dialog -> Stop and start Outlook. You should now
have access to the address book from the To: button and also the Address
Book icon in the main Outlook 2003 Toolbar.
