I have an issue where I am trying to share my contacts with a co-worker and
have it display in their Address Book. They are able to see all of my
contacts and manipulate it through delegation and permissions. I check the
properties on my Contacts and the option to display them in the Address Book
is greyed out, yet, it is checked. I went into the account settings then the
Address Book tab and double clicked on the Address Book that I have, and did
a remove on the next screen. Went back to the properties on my contacts and
the option to have it show in the address book was available and unchecked. I
proceeded to check the box and rename the conacts and clicked ok. Then I
noticed it was greyed out when I went back into the properties. As well, my
contacts did not show up in the address book of my co-worker. I did both of
these steps while in cached and classic modes. We have Exchange 2007 Ent SP2.
I tried with Outlook 2007 and 2010 Beta to no avail. Is there a command I
need to run agains the server to allow this function to work?
