Contacts in Outlook

I have set up my Contacts to sort by Surname. If I look at
Contacts they are sorted beautifully in Alphabetic order
by Surname. When I open the Address Book, Contact, some
of the names have changed to sort by First Name.

I have deleted them from the Address Book and then
reinstated them as stated, this makes no difference at all.
I have just upgraded from 2000 to XP

Can you help

Go to Tools > E-mail accounts > View or change existing directories or
address books > Outlook Address Book > Change. > Set your sort order there
