Contacts in Outlook

Hi there

I would like to write my contacts in Outlook to synchronize with my cell
phone. However, it is not possible to type Turkish characters when creating
a new contact. It only accepts English characters. How can I enter
characters other than English in my contacts? Thank you for your help.
