I just noticed my Contacts toolbar doesn't list all my contacts from my
Entourage address book in the contacts section. Does anyone know why?
Also, when I then tried to add a contact from Tools/Address Book, Word
would freeze up on me and I would have to force quit. Any thoughts?
It only lists the first 100, sorted by first name (I have no idea why). But
it has a really great auto-complete feature, just like the Address block in
a new Entourage message. If you type in 3 or so letters of any contact's
first name or last name, you'll get a list of just the contacts who match -
and you can select the right one there, or keep typing letters to narrow it
down further. That works for me 100% of the time. If you forget the name
completely (?), you can go to Tools/Address Book to browse the whole Office
Address Book.
