Contacts List in "Select Names" window

[How to remove extra contact list form Select Names]

When going to send a new Email, I go to the pull down
menu where the "Contact Folder" shows more than three
times giving error messages when opened. There is only
one of the Contact Folder that has the information
needed, and I want to eliminate the others. How? Thanks
for the help!
