My setup: Server is Exchange 2000 with all updates (Blackberry Enterprise
server latest version too)
My system is Windows XP with all updates.
Previously I was running Outlook XP with all updates and "all is well"
My contacts folder has 51 contacts in it. I can see all 54 just fine in
Outlook XP and using Outlook Web Access too.
When I open this same account using Outlook 2003 (in cached mode, if that
matters) I see only 31 contacts. If I check the Synchronization tab under
properties for O2K3 it clearly says Server Folder Contains: 51 and Offline
folder contains: 31.
If I add a new entry it shows up in both places. If I delete one that's
visible it goes away in both places. However, there are 20 that just aren't
showing up. They look like ordinary contacts, I don't see anything unusual
about them.
Anyone? I'm stuck here...
Thanks in advance,
Alex
