Contacts not appearing in Address Book

I have followed all the instructions in HELP and found on
Knowledge Base - everything is set up correctly - however,
when I click on "Contacts" in the address book nothing is
there! Can anyone help me to trouble shoot this?

I am using Outlook 2002.

Just to double check things that you probably already checked:
- do you only have one Contact folder?
- do you have all of them (if more than one) set to be used as an address
book here: Right click on the folder, choose Properties, go to the Outlook
Address Book tab
