Contacts not displayed when composing Emails

None of the Contacts in my Personal Address Book are
shown in the Select Names box when I compose emails. The
Outlook and Personal address books are shown as added so
I'd welcome all help. Thanks.

You did not mention your Outlook version. No version of Outlook has required
a PAB since Outlook 98, and it rarely did. Why do you?
It was replaced by the Contacts Folder and Outlook Address Book. Use them
instead.

Thanks, I dind' tknow that I wasn't using it! I'm using
v 2002 and all my contacts are in "Personal Folders" but
not shown in the Select Names list.

Well then first remove the Personal Address Book service from your profile.
Then make sure you have the Outlook Address Book configured correctly:
