After having to restore some mailboxes, the users are having the problem that
when they try to search for a person that is in their contact list, try and
view the contact when trying to add a address to an email by clicking the To
button or tries to view the conacts in the OAB it comes up blank, this only
happens when the user is using Outlook 2000, when they use Outlook 2003 its
fine.
And to head of the standard answer. Yes we have tried removing the OAB and
installing it back in, removing and putting back the check mark in the AOB
tab under properties for the contact list, we have tried to follow the
support article 287563, no differnece
