Contacts not visible to delegates

I have a delegate who via exchange has full permissions to
multiple mailboxes. In the last week she has lost the
abality to view contacts she creates in one of the
mailboxes she has permissions to.

I know of two fixes for this problem: resetting the
options for "small business contacts" and removing the
the add in for outlook synch. Both of these have worked
in the past, but for some reason don't seem to make any
difference this time around.

Anyone know anything else to try?
