Contacts--Offline and Share

Hello,

We have a hosted Exchange Server and we use Micorsoft
Office XP Outlook. Is it possible to work with contacts
offline all the while sharing my contacts so other co-
workers can be looking at the same contacts as me. Then
when I am connected and back online have the contacts sync
with what has changed while offline to the online
contacts. I hope I am clear in explaining or maybe there
is another approach to this. Thank you.

Yes. In fact, that's the way Outlook should work out of the box -- but check the folder properties' synchronization settings just to be sure. Once you have shared your Contacts folder, other users can view your online contacts. You can work online or offline, as you please.
