Contacts printing on two sides of Daytimer Paper

When printing contacts and selecting Odd pages or Even Pages only half of the
pages are shown in Preview and also only 1, 2,3......for half of the pages
print.

I used this feature a few years ago and it worked fine.

Please advise,
