Contacts problem

When I use the 'categories view in Outlook 2002 some (about 25%) of the
addresses do not show.
If I click on the name the address is on the card but does not show up in
the address column of
any category. Names, phone, numbers, fax number, etc. shows up but no
address.

Anyone know the remedy for this?
