When starting MS Outlook 2000 I get the error message that
MS outlook can not find contacts.pst - Does anyone know
how to fix this problem. I just did a reinstall of office
2000 hopeing that would take care of it but it did not.

Did you just recently move your Outlook data or reconfigure Outlook in some
way? Is Outlook opening with another personal folders file instead?

I am not sure - I am just helping out a business here in
town and as far as I know they have not moved any data.
Outlook opens up just fine after you click cancel on this
error and it runs just fine. The only time I get that
error is when I open up the program.
Any suggestions?

Look in Properties of the root Personal Folders file and see what the name
and path to that file is.
