I have a Powerbook G4 running 10.3 and Outlook 2001 for
Mac. My company uses MS Exchange with the IMAP feature
turned off.
I've exported my contacts from Entourage (since Entourage
requires the IMAP feature to be turned on) in a .csv file
and imported to Outlook. Looks like all info is good.
However, when I use the contact list to fill in an address
to a new email, I get a msg bounced back immed stating:
------
Your message did not reach some or all of the intended
recipients.
Subject: Hi
Sent: Today, 10:37 AM
The following recipient(s) could not be reached:
'Michelle Tucker (E-mail)' on Today, 10:36 AM
No transport provider was available for
delivery to this recipient.
------
I've verified the address vs. a known working address and
they are the same. What is happening inside contacts or was
there a problem in the .csv file?
Thx
