I have over 1,000 contacts that are maintained by an assistant. They
are filed as FIRST LAST and that is how the full name is entered.
Over the past few weeks, I create a new email, click the TO button,
select Contacts and scroll through the list. John Doe is not listed
either under John or Doe. If i open the contact card and change the
display as to LAST, FIRST and then back again, he shows up. There is
no connection between these 3 contacts, they were entered at different
times, they are different names, different companies, everything
different. I know how i can fix these when i discover them, but i
need some way to check my whole list. is there a way to refresh all
of them?
