Contacts- relicate info?template?

In entering address info into Contacts I would like a way
to relicate info from previous entry ... many fields I
use are duplicates in a group, with just a name or phone#
that would differ with each entry.

How can i do this ? Thanks for help

The Actions | New Contact from Same Company command should give you at least part of this. If it doesn't handle all the fields you need, you'd have to either write code or make a copy of the item, then edit the copy to change name and phone.
