Contacts set to Read-Only

Hello,

I have a public folder setup for company contacts. I have
found that some of them are set to Read-Only and therefore
I cannot change any info on these contacts. This is listed
when you open the contact in the blue title bar. How do I
turn off the Read-Only mode? I have admin rights.
