Contacts sub folders not displaying

I recently installed a larger harddrive and so had to
reload everything. When I opened my .pst file into
Outlook, the sub-folders under Contacts appear, but when
I open a new e-mail and click "To:" to enter the
recipient, the Contacts sub-folders do not appear.
Can anyone tell me about this?

You forgot to enable them as email address books.
Hint: Properties > Outlook Address Book Tab.
