I'm having real problems with Words Contact Tool Bar recognising all
my entries in my address book in Entourage. Tool Bar only shows
entries up to 'c'. I have approx 800 entries in address book. Is this
too much for the Tool Bar to cope with ?

Contacts Toolbar has only the first 100 contacts (sorted by first name, of
all things). But if you start typing the firtst 3 or so letters of a
contact's first or last name, you'll see all possibilities appear in a list
which reduces the more letters you type, exactly like the recipient fields
("To:") in in anew Entouarge email message window. It's really very handy.
You can use either the down arrow key or the mouse to go to the contact you
want in the laist. Then the Return or Enter key, or a mouse click,
immeduately inserts the name in the document, with the other Contact Toolbar
buttons available for address, phone, email as usual.
If you really need to browse all contacts because you can't remember either
first or last name at all, go to Tools/Office Address Book, browse it, and
click Insert to insert full name and address (select default, work or home
in the popup first), or just close it and go back to the contact toolbar
with the first few letters of the name.
