Contacts under Calendar

One of my users managed to move the contacts folder under the Calenda
folder.
It can not be deleted as "it is a default folder".
New contacts automatically go there.

I created a new "Contacts" folder, however it behaves as
"non-default" folder.

What to do?

Try starting Outlook once with the /resetfolders command switch.

I did, and seemingly nothing happened. then I noticed the miracle:
could delete the empty folder from under the calendar and the "real
contact turned into "real".
