I trying to use the contents of a contacts list to provide
the e-mail and names for several hundred e-mails. I'm
using Windows XP and Outlook 2002 XP. Everything works
fine until I get to the option of merging to e-mail option
from word toolbar and it asks for information on what
format you would like the e-mail to be i.e attachment,
html or text. I wanted to send the message as a text only
format but when I do this anotjher boxes appears warning
me that an application is access my contact list and it
could be a virus, Do I wish to continue. I click yes and
set the access permit to 10 minutes but the box reappears
for each contact in the mail merge and you have to click
yes each time. It works OK if you select html format for
the mail message in the first place as os it doesn't show
the warning message but I want to send text only !!
