Contacts vs Active Directory

Hi,
I have and Exchange 2000/Active Directory environment and keep a public
folder of Contacts for the company directory. This is usefull for people to
synch the directory with PDA's. Is there a way I can synch AD with a PF?
I'd like to just update one information source.
