Contacts with and without email addresses

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone could help me with my problem.
My list of contacts, for some reason, are sorted into two
groups, and the only difference I could firgure out
between them is that one group of contacts has no email
addresses and the other does. Thus, when I print my list
of contacts instead of having all my "A" contacts in one
group I have two, one set of A's without email addresses,
the other with. Clearly, this is annoying cause you
don't want to search all over the place for a phone
number. So if anyone could help me reslove this issue so
I can print one set of alphabitized contacts I would be
forever grateful. Thank you.

Can't even start without knowing which version of Outlook, how you created
your Contacts, and just where it is you see these 2 "groups."

Thanks for responding to my problem. I am running
Outlook Express 6. The contacts were created just as you
would create any contact. I find these two "groups" (not
that they are actually groups, but rather two
alphabatized lists one right after the other) when I'm in
the program I click on "Addresses" and then the "Address
Book - Main Identity" dialog box (?) pops up wherein is
one really long list of my contacts, however, like I
said, there are in effect two alphabatized lists one
after the other. Your help with this matter is greatly
appreciated. Thanks

No wonder none of this made sense. You're in the wrong group.
This is a group to support Outlook from the Office group of programs.
Outlook Express is a part of Internet Explorer and is a quite different
program despite its similar name..

You will probably get a faster and more expert answer if you post this to an
outlook express news group.

Try posting in one of these newsgroups:
microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie5.outlookexpress for OE 5.x
microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie55.outlookexpress for OE 5.5x
microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie6_outlookexpress for OE 6.x
