You would need to start in Outlook, and then File, Import and Export,
Export to a file.....

Or just highlight the Cntacts you want to take to Excel (in a table view)
and drag them to a new sheet, let go.

You may benefit from telling us the whole story as there are various tricks
to getting the export function to work as expected.
