I have aprox. 1000 names & addresses in my outlook
contacts. I use this for my main address book. It is very
important that I not lose these & I need to backup on
floppy or cd. I can not do this. What can I do to make
sure I have these on disk in the same format? Please HELP

Hi Sherry -

Just start from your "Contacts" folder, and do a
"File->Export and Import" and follow the dialogs to export
the contacts to a "pst" file. It can then be imported back
into Outlook any time you need it.
