Can I synchronize two Contact folders?

We are using Microsoft Exchange. We both have Blackberry's.

I have a master contact list of about 1200 records. My
boss wants to have a smaller contact list of about 300 on
his Blackberry (he doesn't want all 1200 on his device).
If he makes a change in one of his contacts, I need to
have that same change made in my master list. Is there a
way I can synchronize (update) both contact folders? I
have permission to view his email, contacts etc. I can
also maintain the DBA in Access (which is my preference).
If you could send me in the right direction, that would be
great. Thank you.

He is using Outlook 2003 I am on 2000, but I can upgrade
if necessary.

If you both are on the same excange, other person can make you a delegate who
can access his folders including contacts and can assign you proper rights.
Then you can use the synchronization feature in contacts
and synchronize with other contacts
