I can't seem to view the properties for my contacts in my address book in
word. I want to change the address on one of my contacts but can't. What
I'm I doing wrong? Is it some setting that I need to do?

You're using the wrong interface. Use the Outlook Contacts Folder to change
information on your Contacts.
