I am moving from Business Contact Manager to Entourage through
exchange server. I thought I had my contacts on Entourage but lost as
.pst. They have seemed to disappear and cannot resync to get them
back
Are your contacts available via Outlook Web Access (OWA)? If you see
them there then you will be able to see them in Entourage under your
Exchange Calendar (not your local Entourage Calendar).
If your contacts are on the server but not in Entourage, you might try
clearing your Contacts cache. Right-click or Control-click your Contacts
folder, select Folder Properties and click the Empty button to empty the
cache. You can also select the account itself and empty the cache for
all of your folders.
Otherwise, if you don't find them on your Exchange server then they
won't be in Entourage. You'll need to go back to your original contacts
list to get them into Exchange.
