My Entourage automatically adds address I reply to to my contacts. How
do I turn this off?

They're not added to the contacts, they are in the auto-fill list.
You can change that in the preferences.

Some how mine is adding them to the contacts?? I've been deleting multiply entries for the same address & it seem every time I reply to someone not in my contacts it adds that address. In looking at my phone that syncs with my contacts the multiple entries end up there as well when I sync the phone.
Thanks for any help you can provide??

Check for a rule that could be adding contacts to Address Book, or it
could be the data is just syncing back.

Data is synced to a database called the truth and not to an application.
Often when you have problems, you need to turn off Sync Services, select
one source as primary and clean up the primary. Delete the entries for
all other Sync Service devices then resync.
