Is it possible to manage the SIM contact using Outlook? Currently I sync my
contact on my phone to Outlook and would like to be able to manage the SIM
Contacts as well ie. consolidate the information, delete, amend etc.

If you sync your phone-contacts to Outlook, you just manage them in
Outlook. When you sync, the changes in Outlook are reflected in your
phone.
