content advisor

I'm guessing you're actually using a PC (Windows) rather than a Mac, based
on the 'discussions' source & your vague reference to "content advisor"
[which I believe is a feature of Internet Explorer]. If I'm right this may
be what you need:

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/310401

If not, determine exactly what it is you're dealing with you'll find the
appropriate PC Office group here:

http://www.microsoft.com/office/community/en-us/FlyoutOverview.mspx

Or use this page to locate the appropriate Windows OS source of support
[Hint: Anything with 'Mac' in it probably won't be of use:)]:

http://www.microsoft.com/en/us/default.aspx
