Content of OFT Printed Email

Hello,
I have inherited an OFT file which is a data entry form to collect data, and
which has a SEND button on it. Once the email is sent, the recipient gets an
email which looks just like that form.

However, if I print that email, the printed document contains the text from
the form, in the format of a normal email print. That printed document also
has additional text (name, phone number, email) that is not collected on the
data entry form, but which is put in the email "automatically".

How do I change that name/address text in the printed version of the email?
That person does not work here anymore.

You'll have to put the form in design mode, add the message body control to it, run the form, delete the text in the message body, save it as an ..oft. Then repeat to remove the body control from design mode.

Thanks Sue for replying.

I can easily put the form in design mode. I'm not clear how to add the
message body control to it.

Drag the Message field from the Field Chooser to any blank page.
