Context help for Treeview or Listview ActiveX Components does not work

I often use Windows Common Controls (mscomctl.ocx) in Microsoft Access.
If I use a Treeview Object an want some context help by clicking F1 when
selecting a property of the treeview methods,
then only a blank help window comes up.

Who can help?
