context menus for folder list

Is there a way to add to the context menu for tree items in the OL folder
list? I see nothing in OOM that exposes this, but had to ask (seems like it
would be something a lot of programmers would like to extend, a la the
Windows shell...)

I assume the lack of any response to mean, "no it's not possible, we're not
happy about it, and wish people would quit asking"?
